Our wines are sourced from some of Washington's finest wineries. We buy small lots of juice left over from their blending and carefully combine these to produce bigger lots which we then package and deliver to your retailer. The juice in our $10 bottle is in many a store for twice the cost with some fancy winery's name on it.Our wines are aged in real French and American Oak Barrels. You cannot match the benefits of oxygen transfer, color stability and flavor profile that real Oak barrels provide. Many larger wineries will employ micro-oxygenators, concentrated color enhancers and oak adjuncts to reproduce what nature already provides and what Man has learned about winemaking over the last two thousand years.
